Faith-Based Organizations are the foundation of neighbourhood life and stability, and serve as a spiritual, social, and cultural resource for our communities.  The pressure some of these groups are under to conform to big city development shouldn't mean "it's time to sell" or be overshadowed by high-rises.  Rather these groups can have a positive affect on the surrounding built environment and become active participants in the redevelopment of their sacred land. 



Discermnent around land and building are relevant to small and large congregations.  To those who are at the discovery phase of what a redevelopment project may look like, or those who are in the beginning stages and have opted to stay in place,  we have complied best practices and guidance as subject matter experts that can better assist in the planning process straight through to fruition.
