SENIORS LIVING

Utilization of Church Property with Seniors Housing

As Faith communities grow and age, the need for suitable housing options is becoming more prevalent.  Faith groups are heeding the call to support our communities aging demographic with mission-based Senior Housing options with better utilization of Church lands.

The Royal LePage Commercial Faith-Based & Non-Profit Advisory Group together with Bloomr Commercial Real Estate can assist those wanting to explore the feasibility of developing a Seniors Housing project.  We begin with a market research feasibility study to determine the economic viability, neighbourhood demand, and financial sustainability of the proposed project.

Our Market Research Feasibiity Study includes:

  • Demographic and market trends in the primary area to determine the demand, if any, for the type of project.
  • Identify similar Senior Housing projects in the primary area to asses market rents.
  • Evaluation of the development potential, size, location, feasibility, accessibility and visibility.
  • Recommendations for an appropriate development concept based on the type of Seniors Living residence.

Seniors Living can take many forms:

  • Retirement Communities
  • Long Term Care Homes
  • Assisted Living
  • Aging in Place
  • Senior Living
  • Supportive Housing

Your Property is Your Leverage to

Mission-Based Housing.
